Yes, for your monthly membership it will automatically renew on the same day each month. For your quarterly membership it will renew every three months, the same date as your sign up day. For an annual membership it will renew on the same day every year, click here to login to check
You can click here to cancel and we hope that you will be back to join us soon. Please note that you need to cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged as refunds are non – processable.
Most of the Pilates sessions use your body as resistance so no you don’t need to purchase equipment. If there is equipment needed then it will be advised and there is normally something in your home that you will be able to use instead.
A mat which is 8-15mm thick. A Pilates mat is dense so that it provides more support to the spine and stay firm on the floor. However, many people just work on the carpet.
Soft ball is a great prop and we recommend a 7” ball, click here to purchase. However, you could use a rolled up towel, blanket or pillow.
A resistance band of medium weight preferably 2m long click here to purchase, alternatively you can use a long scarf.
Yoga block 5.4cm wide and one of 2cm wide. Click here to purchase. Alternatively you can use a cushion for the thicker block and a folded towel for the thinner block.

The Breeze workouts can help you on many levels. They will enhance your posture and balance, help your pelvic floor, tone and stretch you and reduce your risk of injury. The workouts will connect your mind and body which will destress and energise you putting you on the path to staying younger.
Breeze is ideal for beginners as you can start with expertly developed beginners series where you can start that all important Pilates journey and progress as you strengthen.
Sometimes life does get on the way of exercise and missing a few days or even a week is fine, you can pick up where you left off just be mindful of not over challenging yourself!
The workouts are designed to be gentle and effective so that you can exercise is a safe way, but if you have any concerns please consult a medical professional.
