Welcome to Breeze On Demand Pilates

So excited you are joining Breeze Pilates On Demand. We are here to help you feel fitter, move your whole body in an easier way and ultimately feel healthier.

We have workouts from 4 minutes ranging up to 35 minutes for when you are flush with time, so you choose what fits into your life and when you want to do it.


New classes are regularly added so there is always a new routine to master, with plenty of tips on how to get the most out of the exercises. Plus, you have unlimited access to the whole Video Library. You will find routines regardless of age, ability or fitness experience by logging into your membership on your phone, tablet or laptop


You can select from the carousel of the Video Library where you will find all the workouts. We have video workout sequences under Workout Plans that fit together for a weekly routine or you can use the Quick Picks carousel to select on your experience level, the time you have available or the area of body you would like to focus on.

We have workouts for your shoulders to keep them healthy, back mobility and strength, work your legs, arms, pelvic floor, hips and whole body, don't forget the stretching sequences to help reduce tightness and increase flexibility and super important you can focus on your balance and posture. All are easily accessible, check out the quick How to Use Video on the On Demand page and off you go!


If you’re a beginner please start with Beginners Pilates Essentials to start your Breeze Pilates journey and then progress with Beginners to Improvers.


Make sure that the space you workout in is free of any obstacles, well ventilated and keep yourself hydrated. If you use small equipment then please check it regularly for wear and tear.
